Welcome to The Office of Licensing Programs at Penn State!
The Office of Licensing Programs at Penn State was established in 1982. Licensing programs serves to protect and promote the University's indicia (marks, names, and logos). Through partnerships with manufacturers, Penn State encourages consumers to support student scholarships and activities through the pur-
chase of officially licensed merchandise.
The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) administers the license application process on behalf of the University. CLC also assists our office with legal and enforcement issues, public relations, retail marketing, and promotional licensing.
